Frontline Asset Strategies is a collection agency that works with Razor Capital.The people from Frontline come on VERY strong, do the "good collector/bad collector" thing and even try to suggest they're doing you a favor by calling you.
Don't fall for it.
Send them a debt validation letter. In all of the cases we know about, that's the end of them.
I got a call from these folks this morning but as far as I know, I'm paying off any and all debts. They didn't indicate who they were calling for, and I didn't call them back. I don't trust folks like this. I've had things sent to collection that were fully paid up before, and it's never easy to get it off the record. In fact, I still have a couple of things I've been trying to get off my credit report for over two years. Argh.
